Pet Policy

You regard your pets as important members of your family and we feel the same way. We love pets and have a friendly pet policy in place to make sure that they stay safe and healthy during your stay at our apartments.

Allowed Pets

There is a maximum of two pets permitted. The allowed combinations include:

• Only 1 small dog permitted if 20 lbs. or less, under 20”, and over 1 year old.
• 1 to 2 mature cats
• 1 small dog of description above + 1 mature cat.
• We do not permit 2 dogs.

Fees

There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee for a single pet, or $500 for two pets, due along with your first month’s rent. Each pet also adds $15 per month to your rent.

Pet Safety

Residents agree that each pet will be kept inside the apartment at all times except when on a leash and accompanied by and under control of the resident. Residents must scoop up and discard properly any pet waste in a plastic bag.
